The Cosmic Dance

Are we raising the plants? Or are they raising us! Before you laugh it off, let me introduce a new perspective here. It is true that we are the most dynamic species on the planet. But we are also the last to come. And if you broaden your perspective a little, you will find that you are nothing but a mud doll with a super translator called brain. We literally run on electricity. We are all made of these very 5 elements and when we perish; we go back to the very earth, atom by atom.

You may think that you are conscious, and that makes you superior, but it is not so. Plants can live without us, but we cannot say the same for ourselves. In fact, any imbalance in the systems of the planet can wreak havoc.

According to the ancient texts of India, the universe was created by Lord Rudra, which literally means The Roarer. With Science suggesting an explosion, I can’t help but notice that they both refer to the same thing. An explosion can be explained as a roaring sound by someone who is not familiar with the concept of explosions. But the most important point to me is that, because of this, the fundamental nature of our universe is wavelike. The wave nature of the universe manifests in the smallest and the largest aspects of the universe. It shows in our economics, our life cycles, body cycles, and more.

The double-slit experiment showed that a single electron went through both the slits on the screen at the same time and interacted with itself to form fringes on the second screen, giving an impression that the electron is a wave. But this was a baffling discovery as the electron is a particle and has a mass. When scientists tried to see this phenomenon happening using a detector, the electron started showing particle nature. It was as if the electron knew that someone is watching. But knowing implies observation, and observation is a conscious effort. This brings us to a very bizarre conclusion. If even the smallest particles of this universe display signs of consciousness, then perhaps consciousness is spread all across the universe. It is just a matter of how much of it is available to us.
