How i demonstrated growth mindset recently

The understanding the concept of growth mindset has me build a strong passion to learn because I understood that I will never master anything without putting much effort. A growth mindset is a confidence that you have the ability to learn everything and master it, you believe you are limitless and that you always have the opportunity to grow. with a growth mindset, there is a belief that, the ability can be improved through learning, persistence and hard work, and also that challenges are the opportunity to advance and learn more.

Now here comes a friend who had wanted to join Andela but got scared. she introduced me to Andela and we started reading in a team of two. On the way, she gave up, and I was left all alone but I didn’t give up. I persisted and went on. but still, I thought of Andela, of course, she had told me everything about it. I decided to Apply in Female cycle 8 and take up this challenge. But was through though consultation research and hard work that I’m here in Bootcamp

I have learned more just on the first day these include that seeking advice is very crucial for a growth mindset, that we can constantly develop and nurture our skills to reach our full potential. Persistence and feedback all are very important in demonstrating a growth mindset.

As I conclude I can say that for me being in this Bootcamp is the result of understanding what growth mindset is and actually believing that I have that mindset. If I didn’t believe that I have a growth mindset I shouldn’t be here hoping to achieve more from here. Given the fact that I had no coding experience, It shows I have demonstrated a growth mindset I took those challenges as an opportunity to do more research and to learn new things.
