5 Journal Prompts for Spiritual Reflection!

I’m sure you’ve heard of journaling.

Who hasn’t?

But what exactly are you supposed to journal?

Look no further! Here are 5 journal prompts to get your Spiritual journey started!

1 — What is Spirituality to Me?

This prompt is as simple as it seems. You can go into depth with this or leave it as a strong and bold statement!

And to keep it going you can come back to this question every month to see how much you’ve grown and how certain experiences shaped your reality within and without.

2 — What Am I Holding Onto That Is No Longer Serving Me?

What are you holding onto?

And how is this affecting you in your life?

From there you’ll be able to start consciously journaling the reasons as to why you need to let go of these things.

Which, in turn, will give you more energy to continuously progress in this reality and on your path.

3 — How Is My Ego Operating?

And from there you’ll be able to start to see how your ego is operating within your reality.

Journaling this will give you the opportunity to see the cycles you may be experiencing through identification with the ego.

Why is this question key on your path?

Because if you’re ego is running the show you will never fully immerse yourself into Spirituality.

You will never find out the truth about who you are.

And you will live a life full of unfulfillment.

4 — Am I Overly Logical? Am I Balanced? Am I Too Chaotic?

Are you too rigid? Is this affecting how you navigate this reality? Is this blocking you from your creativity?

Are you careless and not aware? Do you have a lot of ideas, but lack the discipline to apply action to seeing out these ideas?

Are you balanced and right in the middle? Are you able to be organized and creative?

This prompt is another one that you can answer on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis! It all depends on you and your situation!

5 — What Activities Help Me Feel Most Connected To Spirit & Why?

It could be music.

It could be art.

It could be chemistry experiments.

What helps you get into the flow and what do you truly love to do?

Also why does this allow you to get more connected with Spirit?

These questions will not only help you get better connected, but figure out what’s truly going on behind the scenes.

Conclusion

There are so many ways to utilize your journal, but here are a couple to get you started! Feel free to try them and then email us letting us know how it went.

What did you experience? Did these help you?
